Kellie Custer is helping us build programs and support for our work at Hilltop Academy, CAIU Early Intervention Program, and the new Capital Area Early Learning Center. She has successfully engaged several foundations that have committed support for SY 22/23, and has just announced a three-year commitment from the Anne H. & Philip H. III Glatfelter Foundation for our partnership at Hilltop Academy.
Kellie is the Program and Grant Specialists for the Student Services Department at the Capital Area Intermediate Unit. She has been in education for just over 10 years.
