Kellie Custer is helping us build programs and support for our work at Hilltop Academy, CAIU Early Intervention Program, and the new Capital Area Early Learning Center. She has successfully engaged several foundations that have committed support for SY 22/23, and has just announced a three-year commitment from the Anne H. & Philip H. III Glatfelter Foundation for our partnership at Hilltop Academy.

Kellie is the Program and Grant Specialists for the Student Services Department at the Capital Area Intermediate Unit. She has been in education for just over 10 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Special Education with a Minor in Gerontology from Millersville University and a master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Penn State. Kellie is also a Board Certified Behavior Analysts and working towards a PhD in Behavior Analysis with a concentration in Organizational Behavior Management from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

When Kellie is not working or studying, she enjoys watching her nephews play baseball, kayaking, and hiking with her German Shepard Collie Mix (Hudson).
